Online payment services will begin accepting payments on May 1, 2025 for your community. Any check payments received will be processed as of the same date.
Property Pay
Create recurring payments on a schedule that works for you, or make a one-time payment without registration. You will need your association property address and account number.

Free recurring payments from checking accounts.
First Citizens Bank charges a small fee for credit and debit card payments, as well as for one-time payments.
Recurring payments require one-time registration.
Your bank account does not need to be with First Citizens Bank in order to take advantage of
this service.
If the community's assessment amount changes, Property Pay recurring payments will automatically be updated to
the new amount.

Checks should be made payable to California Crest and include your association account number.
